• If the client cancels the project after work has started or changes their mind.
• If the services involved custom or tailored solutions created specifically for the client.
• If the client fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback in a timely manner.

• Include relevant details such as your project ID, a description of the issue, and any related communication.
• Our team will evaluate your request and respond with a decision within 7 business days.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Service Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer returns. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to revise or correct deliverables as needed.
